
The second unit in this development was struggling to find a buyer. It had everything going for it, but for reasons the developer couldn't fathom, they just couldn't sell it. I took the opportunity to redirect some clients who were initially interested in another property to this new development. The appeal was immediate, followed by a series of negotiations regarding the added value offered with the property. The buyer was satisfied and felt valued. The developer provided a high level of finish and helped create attractive outdoor spaces for the client. The sale went through, and everyone left happy.
